Hi, I’m Elaine! My career began in technology, developing solutions and project managing the business transformation journeys that always run alongside tech innovation. I always had a passion for the workings of the human mind, and began studying why we behave as we do, and how different leadership styles can influence the behaviours of individuals, teams, and whole organisations. This is something that has continued to be of great interest to me and I now combine my tech and change management experience with neuroscience, to guide and advise clients wanting smooth paths through change and stronger more effective teams.
