Hello, I’m Scott! I am an engineer by profession, which gives me a process orientated approach to ensure organisational projects involving innovation and change are steered effectively and all critical gateways, checks and balances are in place! This makes innovation easier and transformation programmes smoother, more easily accommodated by individuals and teams, and critically of course, also more cost effective. I spent much of my early career in Ireland working with large engineering firms and more recently I have enabled public service and commercial organisations to transition to their next level successfully.
